1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1902 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as a user and the 1902 management team. 2. Account Creation & Security

3. User Responsibilities
As a user of the 1902 platform, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are not permitted to use this platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or conduct that could harm other users. Users must ensure that all funds used for transactions on this platform come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of the 1902 platform is permitted in your region or jurisdiction. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use bots, automated software, or other manipulation methods is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You also agree not to distribute, upload, or transmit any content that is harmful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others through this platform.
4. Platform Usage Rules

Users are prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring balances between accounts, or engaging in any activity deemed to constitute collusion or game manipulation. 5. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 1902 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to deposit and withdrawal limits set from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information submitted is accurate and up to date, to avoid delays or failures in transaction processing. 1902 applies industry-standard encryption to protect all user financial information during transactions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the required identity verification process and may take between one and five business days, depending on the payment method selected. Transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be held for further investigation and reported to the relevant authorities where necessary. 1902 management is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate payment information or errors made by the user during the transaction process.
6. Limitation of Liability
The 1902 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. 1902 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of income, loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss resulting from technical failures, system outages, or cyberattacks. In circumstances where 1902's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim. Users acknowledge that they use this platform at their own risk and that all decisions relating to gambling or entertainment activities are entirely their own responsibility.
7. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
1902 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Account suspension may take effect immediately and without prior notice in cases involving fraud, system manipulation, or serious security threats. Users whose accounts have been temporarily suspended will be notified via their registered email and may submit an appeal to our support team within fourteen days of the suspension date. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be fully restored along with all associated balances and without any deductions. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 1902 support team; however, all pending transactions must be settled before the closure is processed. Any remaining funds in an account closed at the user's request will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 1902 platform — including logos, interface design, graphics, text, software code, domain names, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 1902 and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content from this platform for any commercial purpose without obtaining prior written consent from 1902. Unauthorised use of the 1902 logo or brand name in any context constitutes a serious violation and may result in legal action. By posting any review, feedback, or other content on this platform, users automatically grant 1902 a limited, royalty-free licence to use that content for platform operational purposes. All rights not expressly granted to users under these terms are fully reserved by 1902.

10. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
1902 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, as required by operational needs, regulatory compliance, or changes in applicable law. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notice at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the 1902 platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes full acceptance of the changes made. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
